Easy World Cup Cookies ⚽🍪 Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225 g) softened butter
- ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2½ cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt For decorating:
- White icing
- Black icing or melted chocolate
- Optional: green sprinkles for a “soccer field” effect Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circle shapes.
- Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool completely.
