- Pinch of salt Blend everything together. If the dates are firm, soak them for 10 minutes first. Press the mixture into approximately one-third of each mould and freeze. Pistachio filling
- 80 g pistachios
- 2 tbsp thick coconut cream
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil For the shell:
- Melted white chocolate
- Pandan for the green colour
- Chopped pistachios for decoration Coconut filling
- 60 g shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp thick coconut cream
- A little coconut oil
- Shredded coconut for decoration Almond and strawberry filling
- 80 g almonds
- 2 tbsp crushed dried strawberries
- Melted dark chocolate
- Crushed dried strawberries for decoration
